Submit EU Withdrawal Request
This form is for EU customers who wish to activite their cooling-off period.
EU customers have a 14-day EU cooling-off period from the day your items arrive. Customers can cancel a purchase for any reason. Customers must safely store the items, refrain from using them beyond a basic inspection, and return the goods to the seller within 14 days of notifying them of the cancellation. Customers can still return it if you test it, provided you pay for any diminished value.
Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible, along with all manuals and accessories. Customers have 14 days to send the item back to the merchant starting from the day they officially notify them of the cancellation. The customer is responsible for the return postage.
