Getting your products stocked at Form Shop & Studio:
The easiest way to let us know you want to be stocked with us is to fill out this form. If you have a wholesale/line sheet to submit, that is even better.
We receive a lot of requests from makers and it can take us a while to get back to you. As a team of two running the shop and studio, we're sorry that we won't be able to get back to everyone.
Please note that we don't operate on a sale-or-return basis but prefer to buy wholesale (terms to be discussed).
