Form Card Club

Collect a stamp every time you purchase a greetings card over £1.50. Get a free greetings card when you’ve collected 9 stamps. Pick up a stamp card to start collecting!

Full terms and conditions:

Use the Form Card Club club card every time you buy a card worth £1.50 or more at Form Shop & Studio and gain a stamp.

Stamps will be awarded on transactions that contain one greetings card or more worth £1.50 or over. 

Once 9 stamps have been collected, the cardholder is entitled to one free single card from in stock cards at Form Shop & Studio (excluding boxed sets).

The stamp card expires 1 year after the first stamp has been received.

If your card is lost or stolen, any stamps the cardholder accrued cannot be recovered.

Form Shop & Studio are able to merge club cards if cardholder has more than one valid club cards, at their discretion.

The Form Card Club club card cannot be used online, however we may honour stamps for online orders at our discretion if cardholder presents proof of purchase in person at Form Shop & Studio, Humber Street.

Form Shop & Studio reserve the right to refuse a free card if we suspect the Form Card Club club card has been stamped by anyone other than a Form Shop & Studio employee.
