About Form Shop & Studio
Here you'll find affordable art prints, cards, gifts, homeware and stationery. We're based in Hull and love to share work that's made in Hull by the brilliant, creative people that live here, with the hope of putting any success we have back into local creativity.
We also like to discover work from artists, designers and illustrators a little further afield, and we hope you like the pieces we've found to share with you.
Form was created in 2016 by Joseph Cox and Alice Thomson. You can find us online and in the Form shop at 62 Humber Street, Hull.
Joseph is a Graphic Designer (take a look at his work), who also enjoys making electronic music, and Alice is a fan of good museum gift shops and messing about with scissors. You can find our individual work for sale here on the Form shop.
