The Dunes kit is part of a collaboration between Whole Punching and Alice Moore, a freelance print designer based in Berlin.
At intermediate level, this kit includes both punch needle and tufting techniques, incorporating different textures to create the effect of sand dunes.
The kit contains detailed printed instructions with step-by-step photos which take you through everything from preparing the fabric in the hoop to punching and tufting. The printed instructions are a great resource to refer back to, time and again.
You'll need strong glue to prepare the fabric in the hoop before starting on your project and a pen to draw your design on. Small, sharp embroidery scissors are preferable when tufting your punch needle loops.
