On team Form Shop & Studio's last visit to Edinburgh, we stumbled on a small cantina, where the tacos were devourable, the margheritas delicious and the passion for hot sauce was off the scale. After sampling each in-house made sauce, we took a bottle home and have been adding it generously to many meals from cheese on toast to our own taco nights.
Now we're excited to bring Chorrito Cantina Hot Sauce to the shop and share with you all.
Chorrito Sauce Co was born from the passion of sharing food made from simple ingredients. Working with other independent suppliers and organic chilli growers from the UK, founder Dan developed his first hot sauce which became a firm favourite amongst their customers. Now Chorrito Sauce Co have created seven hot sauce varieties, all completely natural & sugar free.
Born in Scotland, Chorrito crafts delicious hot sauces with a focus on community, family, and a love for good food. Inspired by Salsa Borracha (drunken Salsa) this sauce blends super hot Carolina Reapers, guajillo and pasilla along with smoky mezcal to evoke the true spirit of Mexico. Dab gently and serve with barbequed meats or tacos.
